Freight Policy: Most of our products can be shipped via normal ground service with UPS. Our shopping cart displays the UPS shipping charge after entering your zip code. In a hurry? Expedited service via next day air or 2nd day air is also available for most items. Call for prices. All shipments are F.O.B. shipping point. We have a $5.00 handling charge per order in addition to the actual UPS shipping charge. The handling charge is waived for orders over $50. Some items have a additional Small Order Processing Charge of $10 for orders less than $50.
Return Policy: You have 30 days from the invoice date to evaluate your order. If you are not completely satisfied, call or email for a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA number). No returns will be accepted without a RMA number on the outside of the package. You must save the original cartons and all enclosed packaging materials. The products must be in re-saleable condition for a merchandise refund. Shipping charges are not refundable. We will also give you additional return shipping instructions when you call to request the RMA number. Refunds will be issued following receipt and inspection of the merchandise. Please note: imprinted, custom or special order items may not be returned.
Damaged Merchandise: Inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If you order is damaged in transit, please notify the driver, and contact us immediately. You must save all original shipping materials for inspection by the carrier. We will ship a replacement order, and we will handle the freight claim with the carrier.
